Kristin teaches individuals with injuries and pain (those who need to restructure their bodies) in order to be able to take a beginner's class. She is an experienced Beginner and Intermediate Level Hatha / Zen Yoga Instructor. Each class is customized to the students' needs. Zen Yoga therapy is a blend of Hatha, Iyengar & Integral yoga styles. We integrate all principles of yoga and belief that with proper rest, exercise, nutrition, breathing and relaxation combined are the foundation of a healthy lifestyle.
